IWMW Remodeling Assessment-led knee rehabilitation

The problem

Feeling better is not the same as being ready.

Many athletes finish rehabilitation able to complete basic exercises, but still unable to tolerate the speed, force, fatigue and unpredictability of their sport.

Athletic Remodeling closes that gap. We do not stop when the knee is calmer. We rebuild the qualities the athlete needs to perform.

Our standard Pain reduction. Capacity rebuilt. Athlete returned.

How it works

One cohort. A plan built around your knee.

Everyone enters the same operating system. Your starting point, loading strategy and progression are selected from your assessment.

01

Apply

Tell us what happened, what has already been tried and what your sport demands.

02

Assess

We review symptoms, diagnosis, loading history, current capacity and return-to-sport needs.

03

Build the plan

We define your starting point, training structure and the criteria that determine progression.

04

Remodel

Train through a structured progression of strength, tolerance, running, jumping and sport exposure.

What we rebuild

Not just the knee. The athlete around it.

01

Symptom control

Create enough stability to train consistently instead of repeating flare-up and rest cycles.

02

Force production

Rebuild the strength needed to accelerate, decelerate, jump, land and change direction.

03

Load tolerance

Prepare tissue and the whole system for increasing volume, intensity and frequency.

04

Running capacity

Progress from controlled exposure to repeatable running and high-speed demands.

05

Jumping capacity

Restore take-off, landing, braking and repeated explosive actions.

06

Confidence

Earn trust through exposure and evidence, not motivational reassurance.

The cohort system

Everything required to move from uncertainty to a structured return.

01

Opening interview

A focused conversation to understand your history, goals, constraints and the sporting demands you need to return to.

02

Assessment-led plan

Your starting point, training structure and progression criteria are selected around your current capacity.

03

12 weeks in Athlete OS

Your plan, exercise videos, progression, check-ins and feedback are organized in one place.

04

Weekly check-in

Report symptoms, completed work and readiness so decisions are based on your response, not guesswork.

05

Video feedback

Upload training clips and receive technical feedback where execution or progression needs attention.

06

Q&A and WhatsApp support

Join cohort Q&A calls and use WhatsApp when a relevant issue needs clarification between check-ins.

12-week structure

Progression, not a calendar promise.

The timeline creates structure. Your actual progression is governed by symptoms, capacity and readiness.

Week 0

Interview and assess

Opening interview, baseline review and individual starting plan.

Weeks 1–3

Control and establish

Create consistency, symptom control and foundational loading tolerance.

Weeks 4–8

Build force and capacity

Increase strength, tissue demand, movement exposure and repeatability.

Weeks 9–12

Move toward sport

Progress running, jumping, braking and sport-relevant intensity where appropriate.

This is for you if

  • You are an athlete whose knee limits training or competition.
  • You are tired of repeating rest, random exercises and temporary improvement.
  • You are willing to train consistently and report honestly.
  • You want to return to force, speed, jumping and confidence—not just daily activity.

This is not for you if

  • You need emergency assessment or have an unresolved medical red flag.
  • You want a passive treatment with no consistent training responsibility.
  • You expect a diagnosis from an online sales page.
  • You are unwilling to follow progression criteria and communicate changes.
