Management Adjusted continuously

Training changes when your readiness, schedule or competition demands change.

Standard Every part connected

Strength, speed, conditioning, recovery and rehab decisions support one outcome.

Why individual coaching exists

A program cannot manage a career.

High-level athletes do not need more exercises. They need the right training decision at the right moment — and every decision has to account for what happened before and what comes next.

IWMW Coaching turns assessment, programming, feedback and adjustment into one continuous performance process.

01

The plan is not the product

The real value is the sequence of decisions that keeps the plan aligned with the athlete.

02

Context changes everything

A session that is perfect on paper can be wrong after travel, games, pain, poor sleep or a team practice change.

03

No isolated departments

Performance, rehabilitation and return-to-play decisions must operate as one system.

How it works

The system moves when your reality moves.

The plan is individual from day one, but the real advantage is how it evolves.

01

Assess

Map performance demands, training history, current capacity, limitations and schedule.

The complete athlete context
02

Design

Build the performance plan around the highest-leverage priorities and real calendar.

Individual sequence and dosage
03

Execute

Train with clear sessions, standards, communication and video feedback.

Work that can be coached
04

Adjust

Use check-ins, performance data and competition demands to decide what changes next.

A living performance system

What is managed

More than training sessions.

The service connects the physical qualities, information and decisions that influence performance.

Performance

Explosiveness

Develop the force and speed qualities that create more impact in your sport.

Availability

Durability

Build the capacity to tolerate training, competition and repeated high outputs.

Integration

Season planning

Make performance work support team practice, games, travel and recovery.

Feedback

Execution quality

Use video and communication to improve how the work is actually performed.

Decision-making

Adaptation

Change volume, exercise selection and priorities when the athlete context changes.

Longevity

Career capacity

Manage today’s performance without sacrificing the body required tomorrow.

The coaching environment

Your performance operation, organized.

Athlete OS keeps the plan, communication, videos and data connected instead of scattered across apps and messages.

One athlete dashboard

Training, feedback, check-ins and performance information live in one place.

Direct coaching context

Your coach sees the work, understands the week and can act on what changed.

A visible process

You know the current priority, what success looks like and why the plan evolves.

What is managed

One performance system around one athlete.

The exact service scope can be edited by coaching tier, but the core principle stays the same: no disconnected decisions.

01

Individual performance plan

Every session is built around your current goals, constraints and schedule.

02

Strength, speed and power programming

Physical development is sequenced according to your sport and competition demands.

03

Conditioning and workload decisions

Energy-system work is integrated without blindly adding fatigue.

04

Rehabilitation integration

Pain, injury history and return-to-play work remain part of the same system.

05

Video review and technical feedback

Execution is coached, not assumed from a written plan.

06

Check-ins and readiness context

What changed in your body and week informs what should happen next.

07

Testing and performance data

Useful metrics support decisions without turning the athlete into a spreadsheet.

08

Competition and travel adjustments

The plan adapts to games, flights, camps, team changes and real life.

Case studies

The standard is visible in the decisions and the outcome.

Use real cases with enough context to demonstrate thinking, not just a testimonial sentence.

Application fit

Premium coaching should be difficult to qualify for — and obvious when it fits.

Apply for Coaching

Your performance requires individual management.

  • Your sport, schedule or injury history makes generic programming insufficient.
  • You compete seriously and are prepared to communicate, track and execute.
  • You want one system connecting performance, recovery and rehabilitation.
  • You value long-term capacity as much as short-term numbers.
Start with another product

You need structure, not full management.

  • You only need a clear independent development program at a lower price point.
  • You are not ready to train consistently or communicate honestly.
  • A current knee problem should first enter the Athletic Remodeling pathway.

Apply for IWMW Coaching

Do not add another program. Build the operation around the athlete.

Coaching begins with fit. Apply with enough context for IWMW to understand where your current system breaks down.

  • Complete the application with your sport, level, schedule and current problem.
  • IWMW reviews whether the service can create meaningful leverage for you.
  • Accepted athletes receive the recommended coaching setup and next steps.

Questions

Understand the relationship before you apply.

Who is IWMW Coaching designed for?+

Serious, high-level or highly ambitious athletes whose performance needs cannot be solved well by a generic program. Fit depends on sport context, schedule, goals, training age and willingness to execute.

Is coaching completely online?+

The service can be delivered online, in person or through a hybrid model depending on athlete location and package. The landing page should state the currently available options clearly.

How often is the program adjusted?+

Adjustments are made when the athlete context requires them, not simply because a calendar week changed. Check-ins, schedule, competition, readiness and execution all inform decisions.

Does coaching include rehabilitation?+

Performance coaching can integrate existing limitations and return-to-performance work. Athletes whose primary need is a knee rehabilitation pathway may be directed to Athletic Remodeling first.

Why is there no public fixed price?+

The scope can differ substantially by athlete, access level and service model. The application determines the correct setup before a proposal is made.
